Renurturing

These posts exemplify a small peek into what it is to Renurture yourself using The BeMo Practice. I take real-life accounts – word-for-word excerpts from journal entries I’ve written in the past (often prior to having created or utilized The BeMo Practice) –– to show a snapshot in growth time and the ebb and flow of my personal healing journey. While I knew about Need Discovery as it relates to reparenting and attachment styles, I hadn’t adopted it into a daily practice, only a renurturing practice. As you can imagine, if you repeat the same storylines without Needs at the center of your practice, you know what that spells. Without centering on understanding the Needs narrative, I received information from repeated experiences and, yes, meeting those experiences differently, but I did not fully understand how to do it differently by setting or keeping boundaries.
